| After 30 years of neglect and we finally decided to replace our stucco. Of the several companies we contacted, the last, Greg of Royal State, made by far the best impression, with knowledge (we were educated by the others and knew what questions to ask), price, and presentation - no pressure, just facts. It was the easiest decision we have ever made.
The work Royal State did, exceeded our expectations in all respects. In fact, we liked the work so much, the stucco replacement was the beginning of half a dozen other jobs, including windows for the basement, a new roof, beautiful new front steps and more. | Our store/house looks Amazing. We had the exterior coated with ephis (stucco looking) The coins that were added to the edges really added nice touches to the house. As well as the trim around the windows. It looks like a brand new house! They got the job done fast and worked very hard. | Last summer we had the front of our home re-stuccoed, and it would be an understatement to say we are extremely happy with the results. We were so impressed with the Royal State staff that it was easily one of our best home improvement decisions for hiring them. The staff was courteous and professional. Workmanship was first rate, the house looks beautiful again and the project completed ahead of schedule. All of this for a very reasonable price. We've had many contractors that have disappointed and completely failed us in the past. So the professional way Royal State has treated us was definitely a welcomed breathe of fresh air. We highly recommend them to anyone who are looking to start their next masonry project, we certainly will contract them again. |

| How apropos that my 85 y/o humble abode would be transformed into a palace by a company named Royal State Construction. The photos as shown on the website do not do justice to the remarkable transformation. However, when seen in person, one has to marvel at the skills and craftsmanship that the team of Royal State Construction's artisans brought to this renovation. From the column’s capitals, replicas of these found on the north portico of The White House, to the ornate floating window arches, to the balustrades reminiscent of an old world Mediterranean villa, every detail more than exceeded my expectations. I am so pleased with the final results that words alone cannot express my gratitude for all the hard work and professionalism Greg and his team delivered.
In today’s world of mediocrity it is indeed both surprising and refreshing to see that a company like Royal State Construction delivers on their promises by delivering perfection. I highly recommend Royal State Construc |
